Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Warehouse pickup customer can pay cash. All purchases must be made in US dollars.

Sales Tax
We are not responsible for collecting or submitting sales taxes for any state other than the State of Illinois. The sales tax in Illinois is 8.75%. The customer shall make sure that all the required taxes are paid.

Shipping
Our free shipping specifies "curbside" delivery, the shipping company will be responsible for delivering your furniture only to the curb, front door, garage or other protected area at their discretion. Please be prepared to move the furniture promptly into your home. If you want inside delivery, extra charge will be envolved, and will be quoted case by case.

Damage
All products are fully inspected and in good condition before being shipped. You must inspect the merchandise completely at the time of delivery, both inside and outside. We are not responsible for any damages after the delivery company get your signature and leaves premisis.

For missing parts, please contact us by phone or email.

For any damage or defect not noted on the signed delivery slip at the time of delivery, you must contact the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.

Warranties
All of the products offered through Furniture800.com come with a full manufacturer's warranty, which begins on the day the furniture is delivered.

Cancellations and return policy
Once the order is placed, Furniture800.com and its respective customers each become financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, we are not able to accept cancellations. We may at our discretion, make an exception to this policy in which case a re-stocking charge of 30% of the purchase price, plus actual shipping charges engaged. Product availability or manufacturer delay is not cause for termination of your confirmed order. All sales are final for special and custom orders unless we are notified within 24 hours of initial purchase.

Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition following cancellation, additional charges for repairs will apply. Be sure it very well packed, padded and wrapped. Return shipping expenses can be substantial. You are responsible for checking your order confirmation for accuracy. We are not responsible for order errors of any kind if you fail to notice us with specific order errors within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation both via email and your online account.

If you don't like your new home furnishing for any reason, we'll take it back - you don't even have to pretend that it was damaged in transit. However, due to the cost of shipping, we can only offer this guarantee at the time of delivery, and you must mark the driver's paperwork accordingly. Because we custom-ordered and prepared the piece for you, we must charge you the 30% restocking fee and engaged shipping cost to help defer the product cost and the return freight.

Assembly:
Most of our furniture will require some assembly. All of the parts such as screws, bolts, and tools will be included. Instructions are also included.
